1. Stars Age - in EVE Fiction [original thread]
I've always thought the Jove harvesting materials from stars would make them older in appearance, but, then, some of the other stats are just as whacked... ~shrugs~ It's a game....

2. Is the Sleeper storyline mystery still unsolved and active? - in EVE Fiction [original thread]
It has not. Though the Devs have kept it ambiguous enough to remain a mystery.. Archeology is not an exact science, though it uses exacting science to support it.. The problem has been that many want a concise resolution, to which there may be none..

3. What of the Jove? - in EVE Fiction [original thread]
Another thing to remember, the Jove have two main bloodlines. Statics, and Modifiers. Modifiers are said to be more prone to the Jovian Disease than Statics..

4. What of the Jove? - in EVE Fiction [original thread]
You read the books, I will defer to your interpretation, having no better frame of reference. The only odd thing is, I have seen an entirely different explanation of the Enheduanni, saying they helped the Architects in and out of the Construct and...

5. What of the Jove? - in EVE Fiction [original thread]
Ya, I would liken it to the inserted personality of Scorpius into John Crichton to elicit the wormhole knowledge out of his head... He only shows up in moments of crisis, even going so far as to stop Crichton from killing himself.. The "personalit...

6. What of the Jove? - in EVE Fiction [original thread]
Ah, thank you, a million times, thank you.. It all begins to make a bit more sense now. I never knew that every Sleeper carried with them an inserted personality.. A mechanical conscience...

7. What of the Jove? - in EVE Fiction [original thread]
ROTFLMAO, at least you guys are consistant... One of these days I'm gonna make it to fanfest and pick your brains over beers.. It may cost me, but, I WILL get to the bottom of things!

9. What of the Jove? - in EVE Fiction [original thread]
I have heard that thrown around on the Evelopedia, the Forums and in game channels. The Empires regularly monitor and report on long range scans indicating there is activity in the Jovian region. Ask a Dev for further clarification, if they elect ...

10. What of the Jove? - in EVE Fiction [original thread]
No, the Jove are not extinct.. It was a rhetorical question. I was hoping for someone to ruminate on what they think has become of them. While Jovian corporations do business in empire space, it is doubtful they have capitulated to the Jovian Dise...

11. What of the Jove? - in EVE Fiction [original thread]
Are they alive still? Is the recent activity in Jovian space, picked up by long range sensors, even Jovian?

12. Why do the Empires seem to be ceding power to capsuleers? - in EVE Fiction [original thread]
The Jove effectively created CONCORD, if anyone would have the technology to override CONCORD security, it would be the Jove, or an entity that has been able to decipher the basic tenants of their technology. The Jove have always seemed to have ...

14. Inspirations? - in EVE Fiction [original thread]
Eve ship design has always intrigued me, as well. It's cool to note the designs often include a face or mask, when viewed "dead on". The maelstrom is one of my favorites. It has the appearance of a viking warriors face. Very "Thor" like with the w...

15. Are the Jovians weak? - in EVE Fiction [original thread]
Another thing most people seem to neglect here is that the Jovians were most likely capsuleers in this engagement, if most of the ships were frigates and cruisers, it was simply material loss. Their pilots were not lost, and it is debatable whethe...

16. Why do the Empires seem to be ceding power to capsuleers? - in EVE Fiction [original thread]
Vaku, that sounds almost Dropbear-esque, you must be a fan.. The Jove, though perhaps evolved into something no longer human, are still around, and and such, the threat of CONCORD is something the empires take seriously.

17. What happens when we clone jump? - in EVE Fiction [original thread]
When you clone jump, the clone you exit is not euthanized, it is kept in cryostasis as a spare you can jump back to. I actually have several, and I don't have to replace them when I exit them... They all sit, nicely kept, until I want to use them ...

18. Are the talocans what the sleepers tried to keep inside wormhole space? - in EVE Fiction [original thread]
Alot of people don't like my interpretation of things, but, how did the Jove manage to recover so quickly from the collapse of interstellar society? Most likely because they were a migrant culture. One that NEVER abandoned it's spacebound existenc...

20. Are the talocans what the sleepers tried to keep inside wormhole space? - in EVE Fiction [original thread]
I am of the mind that the Talocan and Sleepers are the same society. The Talocan being the earliest representation of this society, the Sleepers the culmination of it. If this is true, it may be simply, in the case of the Talocan, that they didn...
